Electric Starter System

– For Losi 5ive-T, Losi DBXL, HPI Baja, MCD etc

Basic Parameters:

• 2000kV external rotor motor, max. speed 25000rpm
• Custom 80A brushless sensorless starter ESC, support 2~3S battery

Working:

• It needs a 3S 5000Ahm Li-ion battery. And connect it to ESC via T type connector. ESC’s other 3 cables connect to motor. BEC cable connects to receiver, and you can select any of channel 3, 4 or 5.
  Note: Do not connect other power cable to receiver which will damage ESC.
• Flame-out module has 2 cables. 3-wire cable connects to receiver channel 3 or 4, and another cable to engine switch. Make sure no short circuit.
• Start Mode: Flip channel 3. Starter motor will work for 2.5s. If engine does not fire, try it again.
• The starter kit comes with magnetic flywheel disassembly tool. We need to replace the old flywheel with the new one.

Deceleration System

1st shift is belt transmission, 2nd shift is planetary gear transmission.

Magnetic flywheel is compatible with most of the gas engines for 1/5 scale car.
