The larger helical crown gears are made from 20CrMnTi gearing steel, shaped with advanced CNC techniques for unparalleled precision and strength.
The drive cup, constructed from durable 65Mn spring steel and featuring a robust 5mm diameter PIN, sits securely within a 6061-T6 aluminum alloy housing. This setup is complemented by high-viscosity 50000cSt differential lubricant, providing excellent lubrication for smooth differential movement under all conditions. Whether upgrading the front or the rear, our differentials ensure that your 1/5 scale RC car or truck delivers optimal performance and reliability.
